Delivery Costs and Timing
All our delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, including both the products and the packaging. We do not charge handling fees, and no tax is added to your order.
- Â Standard Delivery:Â We aim to deliver your order within 10-15 working days.
- Â Tartans:Â For some tartans woven to order, the weaving process takes approximately 4-5 weeks.
- Â Shipping Locations:Â Delivery times may vary based on your location, and some regions may experience longer shipping periods.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $300
We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $300. This is automatically applied during checkout, ensuring that you can shop with confidence and enjoy savings on your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Our systems are fully integrated with DHL and FedEx, allowing both you and us to track your parcel’s journey every step of the way from dispatch to delivery.
Returns & Refunds
At Scottish Kilt Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Return Eligibility:
- Â Returns:Â Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Â Exchanges:Â If you'd like to exchange an item, simply place a new order and return the original item after approval. Only defective or damaged items will be eligible for exchange.
- Â Order Cancellation:Â Refund requests must be made within 2 days of placing the order if you wish to cancel.
- Â Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds.
- Â If the order has been made but not yet dispatched, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
- Â Shipping Fees:Â Shipping costs will not be refundable after dispatch.
